At Christopher Robin designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel safe in making your purchase. That is why we offer a 100% "No Questons Asked" Return Policy on all of our stocked items sold.

We do not allow Returns on Custom, made to order pieces.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, simply email us for a confirmation and return your item for a full 100% refund (not including shipping/handling costs). We do not charge any sort of restocking fee.

All items returned may not be altered or sized in any way. They must be in new condition and returned with all documentation via USPS, insured for the full retail value. All items returned for a refund may not have been worn at all.

Any items purchased in the Month of December will be allowed for returns/exchanges or refunds until the end of January... we understand that many of you are purchasing gifts that will not be given until the Holidays... you can rest assured that your gift recipient will have no problem returning, exchanging or refunding an item.

Refunds will only be issued to customers who have paid by credit card or Paypal only. Refunds will not be issued to customers who have paid by personal check or cashiers check.
