We normally ship items within 1 business day (24 hours)of order receipt. If we are unable to ship within 2 business days, we will notify the customer.

US Orders... (Canadian Orders, Great Britain Orders, see below...)
We ship all of our items guaranteed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). They are shipped via First Class Mail unless another option is selected (Priority Mail or Express Mail).
According to the Post Office, this typically takes 3-5 business days in the continental United States.
Items shipped during busier periods such as holidays will take longer to arrive in some instances.

First Class Mail is $4.95 shipping and handling.
Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available at checkout...

Priority Mail is $9.95 shipping and handling. Typically items are delivered in 2-3 business days. The Postal Service does not guarantee
that items sent Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 days, though... It is only a "probability" as they simply make it a "priority" item when mailing.

Important note:
Priority Mail items sent during the last week before Christmas will most likely take 1 week to arrive.
If you must receive an item within a 2 day period, we suggest selecting Express Mail as the guaranteed choice.

Express Mail is $20.95 insured, shipping and handling. Items are generally delivered the next day. Sometimes, delivery may take 2 days, though, depending on the exact delivery location.

Orders may be subject to verification, which could delay delivery.

At this time we can only ship our merchandise to the United States, Canada and Great Britain.

Canadian Customers... Please read:
Yes! ... We now ship to Canada!
All of our items purchased by customers in Canada will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
All orders are shipped First Class Mail International.
Please select the "First Class Mail" option ($4.95) at checkout.
Express Mail and Priority Mail are not available to Canada.
There will be no tracking number available for shipments to Canada.
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of order receipt.

Delivery time will possibly vary greatly, though!

Typically, First Class Mail International takes 7-10 business days to arrive in Canada from the US.
At that time, Canadian Customs Officials receive the item and determine it's release for local Canadian Mail Delivery.

From our previous experience, delivery times ultimately can be as short as 10 days (or sometimes even less) or (unfortunately) as long as 3 weeks.
Please understand that this is out of our control...

We will email you as soon as we have shipped your item so you will know when to potentially expect your package.
All packages shipped will have the necessary Canadian Customs Forms that are required, attached, so there will be a Canadian Tax payment due upon receipt.

Also...
Since we can not offer Postal insurance on items mailed to Canada, we do not offer any sort of refund for non delivery.
Please make sure your ring size request is correct...
If for some reason you need to exchange your ring for a different size, we will be happy to do so for a re-sizing fee of $25.00 + $4.95 shipping and handling.

United Kingdom Customers... Please read:
Yes! ... We now ship to all of the United Kingdom!
All of our items purchased by customers in the United Kingdom will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

At checkout, there will be two shipping options:
First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
Please select the "First Class Mail" option ($4.95) at checkout for items that do not need insurance.
Please select "Priority Mail International" option ($35.00) at checkout for items that do need insurance.
Both Delivery methods take approximately 6-10 business days to arrive in the UK.

There will be no tracking number available for "First Class Mail" shipments to the United Kingdom, but a tracking number will be available for items sent "Priority Mail International".
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of order receipt. 

Re-sizing of all ring orders will be available for an additional fee of $25.00 + shipping/handling of $4.95 non-insured items.
