how pleased I am with your company's customer service... I purchased a
gold Poodle pendant and a pair of Poodle earrings for my wife as an
anniversary gift (it was from our dog too!)...
She absolutely Loves the ring, but really didn't think she would wear
the earrings... I called and left a message and received a retrun phone
call the next day. I spoke with Christopher and he said he would gladly
refund our money for the earrings... He said that happy customers are
repeat customers and that we will be! Thanks again for the great

We thought we would update our Testimonials Page with this wonderful
email from "Marie in Wisconsin"...
I lost my puppy to a terrible accident earlier this spring.
In an effort to help her, I myself was hurt and have a permanently
injured finger. Since I have a reminder of the accident, I wanted and
needed a reminder of the good times we shared. I looked at local
jewelers but was disappointed with what they could offer and found
their prices to be way out of my range. I ordered the paw print and
heart ring I found on your website. I had it in two days! I immediately
put in on my injured finger and can’t tell you the difference it
has made. I no longer see my disfigured finger. The ring is beautiful,
the hearts remind me of how special our brief time together was and the
paw prints remind me so much of my beloved puppy. I have forwarded your
